Sadly this place is horrible when it comes to paying employees well. They over work you, they lie when you get hired and tell you that you will get a raise, you never get reviews in timely manner, management doesn’t know a single thing about Urology but yet she expects the new hires to know everything within 1 week.
Staff has complained to HR about the company and management and nothing gets done. They have lost 13 staff within a 6 to 7 months!
Cons
My advise to staff only work at this place to get experience then you leave. Trust my words you will never get a raise because this company can’t afford it!
