Pros
They are very positive. Time off policy is fairly flexible (PTO). The AT&T managers (external) were understanding and encouraging.
Cons
Compensation is less than adequate. Office culture has gone down the tubes. Refusal of the company to pay PTO upon separation from the organization. Company has taken 8 and 1/2 months (and counting) to pay a promised end-of-year bonus (which was in lieu of a raise). There are virtually NO opportunities for advancement in this company!
