Pros
Some co- workers were wonderful and some of the providers , I worked with are great. A lot of pot stirring going on and drama. The management is clueless. A lot of work for low pay. Expect you to work off the clock and keep quiet. Not consistent, chaotic. Allowed to be abused by patients. Treated Terribly by management. They want hands and feet , you don’t have to be competent. It’s very sad for the hard workers and the people that want to do right . No repercussions for lazy co-workers.
