The article is full of lies and misleading information. What kind of successful management needs to spread lies about previous leadership to build themselves up? The answer is failing leadership. Cameras were not "plastered all over the building" and were not there to "monitor employees moves" - this is simply urban legend, and sad executive leadership is so gullible they believe the old rumors. Security cameras people! A common practice of most businesses. And recording people's conversations in offices - again FALSE. The phone system was equipped to listen in on phone calls (as all employees were aware and clearly stated in the employee manual) as a method of monitoring and training the sales staff. Again, urban legend, gets the best of the current executive level leadership. Other facts in the article are also completely false, such as new leadership closing down the in house product manufacturing - this was done well before current leadership arrived.
