This is my 2nd time working for Genesys and nearly 6 years in total. The company has changed a lot since I first joined in 2018, it is far more people focused these days. Lots of opportunity to grow and develop. My leadership enable me to deliver strong results and grow professionally. Being in TA I work across lots of different teams so can see how well each part of the business works. A company that champions DE&I and is heavily involved in women in technology working with our younger generation too. Lots of collaboration across teams and a real sense of belonging.
