- I am lucky to be able to work with such nice and friendly people who are hard workers, yet know how to make the workday fun. - There is so much opportunity for professional growth. Employees are encouraged to shadow other professionals to learn about what they do, and leadership is a skill that is encouraged and taught through different programs. - Interns get to work on important projects alongside other professionals, which allows them to come out of their internship with real experience. They also have great chances of getting hired at the end of their internship. - Great work-life balance, but you need to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. - The cafeteria serves delicious, healthy, large-sized meals for only 4$! There is also a free gym and leisure areas where we can play video games, pool, and board games.
Cons
The company culture in Montreal is the best I have experienced so far in my professional career. However, the work culture and interpersonal relationships at HQ may not be an experience that is shared in other regions.
