Honestly, none that can justify working here.

Management is ruining the experience for me, they are arrogant, all powerful, they will destroy you if they disagree with you or talk behind your back, attacking your reputation. If you want to survive this company, you have to be a "yes-man" and agree to everything they say. There is very little diversity, way too much micro-management and HR is no help at all. Nobody cares about anything but saving their own skin, which results in a lack of innovation. The tech stack is so outdated they have lost touch with reality.
