      -Many seniors who have been long time who have incredible knowledge to share - good overall benefits -big enterprise to be immersed in - security focused - fun product with never ending features

      Cons

      - politically charged - sneaky to get what they want , never trust HR - time tracking and micromanagement - altho an agile company , they work very much in waterfall manners
