Pros
The company's mission to change the way medicine is practiced for the better is engaging and exciting. The culture is close-knit and transparent, where people challenge each other to continually improve processes and team dynamics. Management has shown that they do their best to take feedback into account. Everyone's work matters a great deal and individual contributors are able to affect change every day.
Cons
As a company in a new industry, we change direction very quickly and there are expectations to be nimble that make it challenging to see some things through. Being venture backed (as of the time of this review) things like raises, educational investments, projects, and resources can sometimes be contingent on funding. Furthermore, learning is an ongoing process for all, so rework is sometimes necessary and not all internal processes are adequately documented.
