Pros
The company went through a management change recently. Although it was hard to see people leave, the elimination of the level of top management has allowed for the opportunity for others to take on larger roles and new responsibilities. The watch business is tough but the core of people in the company are experienced and have a great passion for the business. There is great teamwork around the organization and the people genuinely care about each other and the success of the company. It is a great time to be a part of this company as it turns itself around. There is a lot of work to be done but you couldn't ask for better people to work with to get it done! There is a new focus and energy here and I feel that the future looks a lot brighter.
Cons
The company has gone through a lot of change over the past several years and it has not always been good change. As a result, it is not easy to feel confident in the future amidst all of the changes taking place.
