Private company - Junior Engineer Genicon Employee Review

Genicon is an amazing place to work for many reasons. The company is growing very fast and is a great place for career growth. The company is also VERY appreciative of the employee's and shows gratitude in many ways. The CEO is the best person I have ever worked for. I have never seen a company or person go out of their way on many occasions to show employees how much he appreciates them whether it be and hand shake or pat on the back to just randomly handing you a gift card to somewhere just because.

The only con I can think of isn't really a con but its that it is growing so fast it is tight on space.

excellent co-workers ... new orders keep coming in and there's a good chance you will multi-task

company size is too small .. so growth beyond a point may be an issue
