Working at Genioo was a highly rewarding experience. Coming from a big 5 firm, I was always impressed with the level of trust and collaboration that our clients gave to Genioo, not something I saw in my previous roles. The people were the best part driven, sharp, and collaborative. There’s a strong culture of trust and accountability, everyone takes ownership of their work. The company also invests in team connection, hosting two incredible workshops each year in beautiful destinations, something I had not experienced before joining Genioo.
Cons
The project work itself is fulfilling and truly makes a difference for our clients. That said, workload can be demanding, especially when partnering with executives though that’s consistent with what you'd expect in this type of role.
