      Pros

      Hardworking and collaborative colleagues , modern looking office, cool colleagues to be around during forced team events

      Cons

      You sell your soul to work here. Work hours - must have a solid reason to leave work before 6:30 - even after working a 10+ hr day. They "offer" lunch, aka: they can spy on you and find a way to feed you and get you back to your desk in 15 minutes. Inappropriate relationships between management and employees. CEO is verbally abusive and uses management by fear to get what he wants - then cries here and there to regain trust and empathy of employees. Owners have ZERO moral compass and treat women awfully. Say goodbye to family and friends if you start working here! Work first, colleagues second, team event third, then tend to family and children if you have any energy left.

      * Fast-paced environment may not be for everyone * Because the company is entrepreneurial, processes and structures evolve often * You need to be comfortable with change and self-management Bottom line: Genioo isn't perfect - no company is - but I feel genuinely proud to work here. The people, culture, leadership, and benefits make this a truly special place.
