      No one according to me.

      Cons

      Poor Management,No stability,Zero Hierarchy No one cares about employees in client location. Management does not supports employee. No one to discuss about employees problems. worst Manager. No Appraisals on time. No incentives on time.

      Stable company with more than 30 years in business. Lot of anatomy to carve out your own path and good genuine people across the firm.

      Cons

      It's hard work, but with incentives, work will be better.
