- Ridiculous boss. draconian, tyranny, stupid, naive - The boss claims he is a MIT graduate while he only completed MITx course with someone else taking the exam for him - The boss could not even speak properly in English - Only him say, no one else say - Toxic company culture, seniors like to pick on juniors and new joiners - Living under fear each day - Relentless demand on teachers, like arranging a SEN student to you while you are not trained to handle the student - Students unable to learn in English and you are required to teach in English with good lesson outcomes - No pay rise, unlimited OT
