      Pros

      You get to be bombarded with OPS to Dev work, meaning you may be working on Deployment a minute ago & then move to fixing a bug in a project.

      Cons

      Low Salary. Finance Guy is a trouble Supervisor just want's to assign tasks in the huddle & be done with his day instead of guiding or mentoring. I personally grew on my own with some help of my colleagues, I later moved to a different company for better compensation & perks.
