      Amazing atmosphere - warm, supportive colleagues; air is collaborative rather than competitive

      Cons

      Feels like there is a ceiling to what can be achieved without a PhD - even though there are examples of individuals starting from RA positions and eventually reaching Director positions, I suspect these are outliers; growth opportunities different across departments
