Pros
An incredible team of statisticians, biologists, bioinformaticians, developers, and other scientists. Hard to imagine working for a company with more expertise in statgen and polygenic risk. Fantastic culture with friendly and helpful people, even when under stress!
Cons
Upper management is a bit too distant from its baseline workers; consider having Director level folks and above have more engagement with their teams beyond a big >50 person team meeting. It really helps. Also, please consider targeted hiring of more Black scientists and other scientists of color.
