Better than most other firms in the city. Competitive pay and management are decent. Also found that the personnel quality was generally higher - means shifts are easier and makes a huge difference when things kick off. Unfortunately there were some exceptions but fewer than other companies I worked for and they were generally dealt with pretty quickly.

Those who do nights on Friday and Saturday often get priority in weekday shifts. Not that unfair as they needed the most staff those days but obviously if you couldn't commit then you might struggle to get consistent shifts. Company has grown massively since I left so may be different now.

Everything! Pay is above market rate and always on time. Staff are very professional, rarely encounter any of the monkeys you find at the larger firms. Decent amount of hours are available and management are relatively flexible.

Nothing you wouldn't expect from working security, decent staff mean less problems than you would normally expect. Obviously there are late nights, they give priority to those that do weekends when handing out shifts but again just part of the job.
