Toxic environment with poor management and high turnover - Anonymous employee Gentell Employee Review

Extremely disorganized and poorly managed company with no clear processes, systems, or priorities. Management encourages internal politics rather than collaboration, creating a toxic work environment where employees are often pitted against one another. Communication is frequently unprofessional, and there are concerns about how employees, vendors, and customers are treated. Employee turnover is extremely high, with people leaving voluntarily and others being terminated on a regular basis. The lack of stability, accountability, and leadership makes it a very challenging place to work. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise job seekers to carefully research the company and speak with current and former employees before considering a role here.
