Cons
There's no room for growth. Turn over rate is high.Rather higher outsider than promote from within. First company I've worked at without a definitive company culture (there's none). Training opportunities are only for the favorite. Management only concern is their careers. Micro managers are consistent with treating us like children. Goals for the year are always late. We're not sure what we are being judged on Once your a favourite you'll get a higher annual raise even if you're leaving the company and managers are aware
