      Gentrack has a good working environment

      Sharing knowledge with other teams is bit limited but I joined during lockdown so that does not help much.

      We really want to help our colleagues collaborate more and share more and learn more from each other - its top of the agenda for 2022 - we will be coming out soon to ask all on ideas in this space as think this might be something we can crack as one team together.       Pros

      If you want to be the intersection of transportation and digital transformation, and have an actual solution which isn't vapor ware to support, this is a great company. Team has been working together for a long time, and they are super knowledgeable and eager to help you in role.

      Cons

      Some of their back office processes could use some sharpening up - to be expected for a small company, and they are working on them actively.
