* There is only one senior person who manages the business department or project management. * Biggest con is they only work on Magento, and ask you to take a project on every technology. When you put your efforts to win a project they suddenly tell you we don't work on this.

No Cons I found so far but sometimes you have to work on different technologies than your specialty as well. Cons only if you want to work only on your preferred technology . I like working on new and trending technologies so it's not an issue for me.
