Genuine Solutions recognize and reward talent and they actively develop individuals seeking career progression. I started my career at GS as a Junior sales person and was given the tools, training and support network I needed to rise through the company. By the end of my 10 year tenure with the business I had held several senior executive roles before leaving to pursue new challenges - All of this was facilitated (and often funded) and supported from the top down, the founders of the business were actively involved in my development and I would not have the career and skillset I have today without my time at GS. They are market leaders in their field and I could not recommend a career at Genuine Solutions enough.
