No cons great company to work for

Hello All, I am associated with Genuine IT for more than a year now. I filed my H1B with Genuine IT in 2014 and it started from October 2014. I am working since January 2015 and I am very happy with the way they treat their employees. I have been provided with benefits and there was no delay in payments till date. The marketing team is also very good and the first project I got is a one year long term project.I have joined in another project in January 2016 and it is going well.
