Worst Management Ever - Quality Control Analyst Genvion Employee Review

Management was terrible. They could have assigned the daily schedule when you started your shift but it took them 1 hour (sometimes 2 hrs) to assign the task. Then you have to run as quickly as possible to finish everything within a day. The next things were their equipments. They are ancient and make mistakes all the time but the manager made up a lot of reasons to blame employees. The manager was micro-managing, petty and hardly had knowledge about what he was doing.
