Pros

Nothing to be liked here.

Cons

The internal culture is very much concerning. The HR practices, particularly under the supervision of Mr. Sharma, reflect a deeply problematic racist and misogynistic attitude. Additionally, the leadership, particularly the CEO, demonstrates behavior that is a serious unethical and unprofessional behaviour. Initial interactions may seem welcoming, but over time, a pattern of discriminatory (based on your gender) and inappropriate conduct—becomes evident, including character judgments. Employees are often pressured into compromising professional integrity, which is not only unethical but could also have legal consequences. These practices, if accurately investigated, may warrant legal scrutiny. I strongly advise due diligence before engaging with this organization, whether as a potential employee or client. Ethical standards and a safe working environment should never be compromised. I am compelled to share a serious concern regarding the ethical standards and work culture of this organization. During my tenure, I observed several troubling practices, including the preparation of misleading or potentially fabricated reports, which could have serious implications for both project safety and client trust. There appears to be a systematic effort to misrepresent data, which could jeopardize critical infrastructure projects.
