      Pros

      The people are nice and the products fill a unique niche.

      Cons

      The products are over-engineered due to poor management of the software developers. This failure creates very complex, difficult to understand, software, that was also difficult to debug.

      The culture, values, and people here are almost unreal. I've never enjoyed coming to work this much.
