1. Very poor leadership 2. Reactionary 3. Tech management demoted a lot of people. As a result, people were put into salary bands and were no longer eligible for a salary increase. Management did not define the levels they put people in, before placing them there. This was an extremely poor roll out that messed with people psychologically and contributes to already toxic culture referred to in other Glassdoor reviews. 4. Very old tech stack and very poorly designed system. 5. People have too much on their plates and not enough direction 6. A lot of sentiment that there is not a lot of confidence in the role out of new system being timely....a running joke. 7. We've all seen or heard of bad things happening to people that don't deserve it.
