Benefits for anything other than "Employee Only" were expensive.

Excellent company to work for. They really care about their employees and show this by openly communicating the good and the bad. Great benefits and comparable salary. Super flexible on work schedules and teleworking is often approved. Holiday banking is also a great little plus. The management in this company is phenomenal!

Not many contracts in the DC area. Lacking on school reimbursement.
