I've spent more than 20 years at Geojit Financial Services, and it's heartbreaking to see the company I once respected deteriorate into a breeding ground for corporate politics and bureaucratic red tape. The top management seems out of touch with the ground reality, making decisions that benefit a select few while ignoring the concerns of long-term employees. The lack of transparency, accountability, and meritocracy is staggering. Promotions and opportunities seem to be based on favoritism rather than performance. The once-strong foundation of the company is slowly being eroded by internal politics and a lack of visionary leadership. It's disheartening to see the company's focus shift from excellence and customer satisfaction to mere profit-making, without any regard for the people who built this organization. I'm not sure how much longer I can continue in this environment.
