No pros, the only good thing was the food provided during lunch, it's a literal school. Even though you are provided the food facilities, you will not have enough time to eat it

Very bad management, if you are going to work there as a customer experience specialist then consider yourself as a cattle they'll drain your very soul until you're nothing but a brainless human being
