Pros
A good company until 2007 when for some unexplained reason it changed its employee compensation structure. Greed took precedence over interest of the customer. Its been downhill since then.
Cons
Horrible place to work. Employees are just a tool to achieve sales targets. Company lacks vision and focus. Uses primitive technologies and there is a huge resistance to change. This is in addition to rampant cronyism and nepotism. Also got itself involved in scams.
