Pros

ZERO. They are too aggressive and forceful in everything they do or want from employees.

Cons

So here we go! I could write a whole book here, but the bottom line is, if you want a career or a peaceful life, this is the last place you might want to work at. Even staying jobless is much better than working in this stressful atmosphere. There is no one answerable, no one available, no HR, no Admin, no Business managers visible ever. They tell their employees that they would not even pay them if the employees don't fill in the timesheets everyday which is not possible because THEIR OWN SAP isn't configured for that. So if they can't have tasks for you in your Timesheet, and you are helpless, as you cannot fill in your work timings because "They are working on it." , you will not get your salary. This and more threatening mails by their management all the time which also promise us that our performance ratings will be adversely affected for something which is not in our hands. The management is over aggressive and totally ignorant and is only interested in their meetings and their own packages getting bigger and bonuses getting thicker! They have wrecked the company totally and sooner or later we all are jobless here in Germany! They bought our company here and have turned it into a nightmare to work with. It became their experimental rat and they have destroyed our peace and secure jobs.

Pros

Relaxing, mostly stress-free environment. Everyone that you talk to is friendly. They have very flexible work hours in general. I can take time off randomly and it will be fine, although it will be unpaid time off if you don't use vacations. As long as your work your 8 hours, you are fine.

Cons

Company doesn't match 401k. They don't pay all of time off due to customer factory shutdowns (They pay many of the days for the holiday shutdown; but are petty with the remaining few days). The summer shutdown is unpaid if you don't have any projects to work with. They do not inspire personal development with the lack of training. Generally no overtime. If a customer requires us to stay for a few hours, we take time off instead to compensate. There can be favoritism involved on performance reviews. Without bosses being in the customer locations along with the employees, sometimes there is a disconnect on what the employees are actually doing; The performance reviews can look biased one way or the other.
