Good and flexible environment to work in

Overall, great and have no complaints

Nights are normally pretty easy. Good pay. Supervisors are easy to get along with. Most coworkers are great people.

Some of the trainings feel politically motivated. The kids got too much power over the staff, I've literally seen them get one fired over lies and pushed another out the door telling him they would do the same to him. Their 401k/b match could be better. Vacation sell back is trash. They only give you half what you don't use.
