Pros
Friendly work place , good co-workers and very little pressure from supervisors . Lots of leave and great benefits. Plenty of great place to eat and get coffee.
Cons
The Pay is very low for Northern VA .When you do get a raise it really doesn't amount to much. Very low opportunity to advance to high positions.
