Used to be a good place to work..... - Manager George Mason University Employee Review

I don't know anyone who is happy with their job now. Lots of turnover. No school spirit or company loyalty. Work/life balance is on the way out. I used to be proud to work here, but sadly think it's time to take my talent elsewhere. It's all about bringing in more money with the leadership. Upper management appears to be clueless. This is not a collaborative place to work anymore. Very sad....
