Good benefits and pay; good non-managerial employee culture.
Cons
The 10 miles of red tape that exist within the university make it very difficult for any subordinate to report a problem with a supervisor/upper management without the fear of retaliation. Even if a complaint is filed it's extremely difficult to see any real change.
