Pros
Working at GMU has amazing benefits. I've been able to network with people across all kinds of disciplines, HR here is amazing to work with and always helpful as well.
Cons
The only con is that sometime the salary at the university will be a little bit lower than jobs elsewhere. This is balanced pretty fairly with the other benefits that they offer though, such as tuition wavers, etc.
