Pros
I work in a low stress office, get along with my coworkers and boss, and enjoy what I do. I carry most of the marketing responsibilities in my department so I’ve learned a lot of skills. I like being able to use the rec center and I'm happy the university has a meditation room.
Cons
The pay isn’t enough for the northern Virginia area, even if we do get raises periodically. That’s expected from a university but the feeling is double considering the cost of living in this area. Compared to universities in Maryland the leave isn’t as good.
