Insurance, free tuition, perks, stable schedule.
Cons
It is very bureaucratic. Lots of red tape to do anything. They removed a lot of DEI advancements as soon as Gov Youngkin signed his law. The college doesn't care about employees or students, and it can be difficult to get funding you need at times.
