Learning different skills such as: Google Sheets, Provision, VinConnect, sales, and more.
Cons
A lot of changes in a short amount of time.
It's stressful at times but that's all dealerships from what I have been told.
I wish I could work my own deals instead of passing them off to another salesperson or at least get a little more of the slice of the pie when a deal has been made from a sale instead of a flat rate which isn't very much.
Wish the pay structure when it comes to bonuses was better.
