Pros
They do so much that is good. People stay a really long time. It is one of the few jobs where I have felt I didn't think my co-workers were out to get me and that I really have a voice and an impact. I think it is because there are very few boundaries. This company really works like a tight-knit family. There are always the ups and downs, but the good definitely out weights the bad.
Cons
Some people of my favorite people have retired... (but after +25 years! Who does that anymore? Really amazing, and I think it says something about why it is a good company.) There has been a lot of hard things we have gone through over the past year and I hope everyone takes some time to reflect on how difficult it has been on everyone.
