      Great Students, excellent colleagues, good compensation. Stong values.

      Cons

      Expectations are very high and the demands on time make it difficult to have a life outside of school (especially if you live in the dorms). Quaker decision-making is not for everyone - very deliberative.

      A lot of freedom in teaching/grading More room for creating elective classes, due to a 7 term schedule Adjustable contract load Friendly students and community Many issues are brought to faculty for extensive deliberation
