      Lack of training Very high level of staff turnover - had 7 different line managers in 15 months Bullying culture Lack of recognition or appreciation either personally or for the team General rudeness from many other members of staff No commitment or interest in further training or development

      Pros

      Good team Supportive leadership On site parking CPD is excellent Opportunities for development I have worked at this school for 13 years and have no desire to move. I have felt valued and love the team I work in. I read the negativity of another review and was stunned - this is not the school I work at and some of it is just not true in my experience. I have been at other schools and find this to be more pleasant than some of the others I've been at. It would take something serious to entice me away.
