Great team and good atmosphere in the office

3 depots so travel is sometimes required

Money is above average for multi drop work

Lack of organisation through lack of communication. Warehouse lads wear orange hi vis, drivers wear yellow hi vis to help segregation, it is not a team environment. Different wagon every shift. Mechanic on site, 1 is brilliant the other wants putting out to pasture.
