A passionate place to work. With people that care about their customers and their employees. Build useful work habits and learn life skills that will help you in and out of the store. I have a lot of appreciation for the support and care that The George's Music Team offers. The lessons I have learned here will stay with me for life.

Cons

I didn't not experience any true downsides while working at George's Music. Business was good while I was there. The hours might be long however the time flies by from working in a field your passionate about.

I have been with George's Music for over 23yrs due to its ethics, values, and integrity. These qualities have provided a foundation of success and personal growth. We operate through the inverted pyramid model, which is based upon a 'servant' mentality. This helps to remain humble, while learning from others and supporting those around us. We understand the power of any organization lies within its people, encouraging those to bring forth obstacles and creative ideas. This is a company that seeks to provide constant learning, growth and change.

Cons

Understand this is a retail environment so that you can structure your time within those perimeters - Have the ability to 'check your baggage at the door'. You are working with customers and developing others who always need you at your best. - Things can change quickly in a retail environment, have the ability to switch gears both mentally and physically.
