Nepotism and favoritism is the earning factor for the rewards at the job They will not hear your side if they are in favor of the department or person on the debating side The morale is horrible and actions taken for reprimand are almost always seemly taken personally and not professionally They will never back you up, they side up with the inmates almost always Never follows policies and procedure unless it’s in their favor otherwise the rules always change and you are found in violation of their own policies fabricated in their minds but not allowed to follow the written ones.
