Pros
Flexible hours, understanding management, and well-run payroll system. If payroll makes a mistake, they're very friendly and are quick to make a fix.
Cons
The bureaucracy is of course maddening if you're looking for any upward mobility, but if you're a student who is looking for part-time work, no complaints here.
