Pros
Flexible work hours (for doctor's appointments, remote work) and very interesting and impactful work. GU really takes care of its students and staff, it's inspiring to be part of an organization with high impact, meaningful work
Cons
Bureaucratic red-tape, hard to get new projects underway, pay was average for working at a university but lower than I could have made elsewhere
